C3000 Configuration With Virtual Connect-FLEX 10 and Virtual Connect Fibre Channel

Julien had a c3000 chassis interconnect question:

Hello Experts,

Can you please tell me if this configuration in a C3000 is supported:

Bay 1: VC - Flex-10                    Bay 2: (open)

Bay 3: VC - Fibre Channel       Bay 4: VC - Fibre Channel

Or do I have to add one VC Ethernet on BAY 2?

This will work but you don’t have redundancy on the LAN side. Otherwise add a Mezz card in the blade and another VC Flex-10 in bay 2.
