Confused with HP 1/10Gb VC-Enet Module

e have a HP BladeSystem c7000 with 16 HP ProLiant BL460c G1 and HP 1/10Gb VC-Enet Module. The HP ProLiant BL460c have on slot 1 Mezzanine Device the NC326m Dual Port 1Gb NIC for c-Class BladeSystem. Normally, on our HP ProLiant DL360 we just team the network cards for failover and away we go. Ideally I would like the Internal card teamed, the mezzanine card teamed so having to teamed network cards, we are running win 3003 with Citrix on these machines. I have read the HP Virtual Connect Ethernet Networking Scenario Cookbook: Single Domain Scenarios and are more confused on how to set-up the HP 1/10Gb. So any help ideas
