Different interconnect modules side by side

Greetings,

HPC Customer would like to have a ProCurve 6120XG in bay1 and Virtual Connect Flex 10 in bay 2, no cross connects, 2 independent LANs.  BL460cG6 compute nodes so NC532i.  Any issues?

Will not work. While the modules might power on, VC will not allow a domain to be created in this configuration adjacent from each other, thus no management.
