Extending a Vlan from one VC Domain to another VC Domain

We have two VC "domains"

   Domain "A" has vlans 1,2,3

   Domain "B" has vlans 4,5,6

Each domain has two fully loaded c7000 chassis.  With no spare slots available , we've been asked if we can extend vlans 1 and 2 from Domain "A" into the Domain "B" chassis.

So we would have to create vlans 1 and 2 into Domain "B" and make them part of the SUS in Domain "B".  Then a profile will have to be created for the server in Domain "B" to attach to these new vlans.

All c7000 chassis are connected to the same internal network switches and I don't think we have a problem from that perspective.

Can you think of any problems with this configuration other than it being confusing and messy?

Thanks,

Bob

Bob,

I can't think of any problems with adding 2 VLANs to Domain B.  Just make sure the switchport(s) where Domain B SUS connects has VLANs 1, 2, 4-6 defined
