Flex-10 and HP SIM without VCEM

Hi,

we are setting up HP SIM 7.0.

We have 10 blade enclosures and half of them have Flex-10 modules. HP SIM sees them, but has no idea what to do with them.

I’ve seen that VCEM integrates into HP SIM, but we don’t have a license.

Is there a way to better integrate the Flex-10 modules into HP SIM without VCEM?

Sincerely

Bernhard

Hi,

Be sure that in the global credentials list (underdiscovery) you add the account of the VC modules... Otherwise SIM zill not be able to discover them...

I have this working correctly here without VCEM...

Bart

Re: Flex-10 and HP SIM without VCEM

Sorry, I should’ve been more specific.

By “SIM can see the Flex-10” I mean SIM discovers the Flex-10 and displays all information about it.

The problem I have, I can’t run a repair job to exchange certificates for single-sign-on.

Sincerely

Bernhard

Hi,

Didn't try that one yet... Will try it one of the days when the time permits...
