HP bl465c G7 with 1/10 Ethernet VC, XenServer 5.6 SP2, NIC disconnected?

Hello,

this is first installation of Xenserver in this configuration. I have LOM on this board and first LOM is working as management card. However, rest of network cards I can't get running since they all show disconnected. Any tips for this configuration ?
