Help with stacking
Hi
I have one encolusre with 2 HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module
port x1,x2,x3 are for fiber channel , connect with storage, port x4 are free,
port x5-x6 are for server network, configured as active/standby, port x7 are for dmz network, x8 are for internal stackings
but now, i need add 2 new HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module,
i have some questions:
*add this new 2 module in interconnect bay 3 and 4, of in bay 5 and 6, is diferent betveen 3-4 and 5-6 paar?
*can i stack x4 port between bay 1 and 3, and 2 and 4 ?
*need physically stack ports x8 ?

You need to move some stuff to the new modules. Do not use both X7 and X8 for stacking or otherwise. With all those new ports you should free up X7 and X8 and stack between your new FF and old FF modules with X6 or another free port. X7 and X8 act as internal failover stacking links between partner modules (bay 1 and bay 2 for example).
