How to remove Enclosure from VC Domain when Central Mamagement server not accessible ?

there three Enclosure managed thru VCEM but unfortunately the Central Management Server (CMS) is crashed.. So how can i remove the Enclosure from the VC Domain without having CMS ?

Thanks for Posting the recomendation but Where to Check ->show external-manager when Enclosure locked by Domain and Dmain is  not accessible as  CMS server crashed .
