LACP Link between VC-Flex-10s and Nexus 5000's?
Samuel had a link aggregation question:
*************************
Hi experts,
I’ve not seen this specific question addressed in here, so I thought I’d put it out there. Can a customer perform an LACP link between two Flex-10 switches and two Nexus 5000s using Virtual Port Channeling, is it possible and if so any how-to docs available?
I did see the following comment, but not sure if it applied to Virtual Port Channeling, "A LACP group is limited to a single VC module. It can-not span two modules."

Paul got involved:

This is true “"A LACP group is limited to a single VC module. It can-not span two modules."… if you create a LACP group that spans two or more modules, the uplinks on one module will be active and the others will be standby, So if you want all uplinks to be active, you need a LACP group per VC module.

Are you using LACP groups to increase bandwidth? Let us know what applications require it.
