Geo was looking for some LACP info:

Dear Experts,

I have a customer inquiring about the LACP mode of VC modules.

In particular Virtual Connect Flex-10/10D.

Do you have any documentation or any info regarding this.

Re: Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) Mode on VC Modules

Input from Dave:

In all versions of Virtual Connect, a LACP partner device can request a LACP Timeout value of either Long or Short, and Virtual Connect will respond with LACPDUs accordingly.

In VC 3.75 and earlier, VC would only request Short timeouts of the Partner Device.

Beginning in VC 4.01, a feature was added to let users to configure LACP timeout to Long Timeout of 30 seconds instead of default Short timeout 1 second.

When you configure a Network for “Auto”, that is equal to LACP Active. When you set to Failover, that is equal to LACP Disabled.
