List of Firmware bugs in Virtual connect 10/10d V4.45

Afternoon all.

Is there anyway I can check for firmware bugs for this release of the VC firmware as we had a major failure on 1 of our devices and I need to know if it may have been caused by bugs that are patched in newer versions of the firmware. 

Suspect it could be server related as it's a BL685C G7 which has had esxi storage failures followed by network isolation twice in a row but need to rule out VC firmware bugs as the cause of the network issues.
