Move VCM Roll

Is there anyway to move the VCM roll from one interconnect to another.

Do you mean you wish to move the running instance of Virtual Connect Manager from its existing VC module to another?  You can do this by selecting "Reset Virtual Connect Manager" and selecting "Force Failover".   From the VCM CLI run "reset vcm -failover".
