SAN boot on BL460C G1 via VirtualConnect
Hello
I have a bit of a problem we have a HP c7000 chassis and a bunch of blades in it. Suddenly a day then we patched and restarted the windows blades that boot from SAN it wouln´t boot again. I can´t see the SAN LUN in the emulex BIOS anymore. The blades is BL460c G1 and running windows 2008 r2.
The strange thing is that i can remap the servers profile that dont want to start to another bladslot via VC and then it boots fine. I have tried changing the HBA cards in the blads change the whole blad server to nothing helps. All other blades in the chassie works fine but bay 2, 3 and 7 is not booting corectly. Any idés what can be wrong or somthing you think i should test? Glad for any help i can get.
Regards
Magnus

Re: SAN boot on BL460C G1 via VirtualConnect
Hello
How do i do that? From CLI do i need to connect to the VC or the OA? Im prity new to the HP bladesystems. The strange thing is the blades worked fine and the only thing that was done was a normal updated of windows and a reboot.
Regards
