SSL Certificates with Intermediate CA

Hi all.

 

I just bought a wildcard SSL certificate that I'd like to use on our two VC management sites.  The certificate uses two intermediate-level CAs.  Installing the endpoint certificate looks easy enough, but what about the Intermediate ones?
