Unknown username and password for Virtual Connect

Hi,

I am a new admin and need to add a new blade to  our 460c system and do not have the username/password for our VC.  I have found it for ILO and OA.  Is there a default that I can try or is HP able to reset the username/password?  We are currently in the process of renewing HP support.  Any tips appreciated!

Are the pull tags still on the VC's?  The default password for Administrator is listed on them.  Otherwise it's on the top of the VC if you power it down and remove it.

Thanks Psychonaut!  The default p/w doesn't work but there is a process to set it back to default in the User Guide which forces the VC to failover.  Appears to take place on a live system.  Has anyone encountered any problems doing this?
