Uplink configuration fails between HP VC 8gb 24-port fc module & MDS 9124

Hello,

 

I am trying to configure an FC uplink from HP C7000 Blade Enclosure with 2*  HP vc 8gb 24-port fc module on interconnect bays 3 &4 to an Cisco MDS9124 SAN switch(4GB). The Link is not getting established between these. Tried to enable the NPIV on the MDS switch. The downlink Port on the SAN switch is configured as F port. What else to be cheked and how to get it resolved.

The HP VC Flex-10 Module has a firmware version 3.15 and Cisco MDS 9124 has firmware version 4.1(3a).

Did you create a SAN Fabric Profile in the Virtual Connect manager?
