VC + Centos 6 = DCBX Error?

Hi there,

we are just in the process of migrating our stuff to a new C7000 + Virtual Connect. OS = Centos 6 (RHEL)

But we get lot's of those Errors in our message Log:

Apr 22 20:14:27 bl3 kernel: [bnx2x_dcbnl_set_dcbx:2285(eth1)]Requested DCBX mode 5 is beyond advertised capabilities
Apr 22 20:14:27 bl3 kernel: [bnx2x_dcbnl_set_dcbx:2285(eth0)]Requested DCBX mode 5 is beyond advertised capabilities

Already googled / searched the boards for this type of Error - but had no luck with it. I hope someone can enlight me on this?

Thank you

Andreas

Re: VC + Centos 6 = DCBX Error?

Re: VC + Centos 6 = DCBX Error?

thanks for info.

Is it VC Flex-10 or Flexfabric? Is this a G6 server? what's your server profile configuration for this blade? how many flexNICs did you create?
