VC Flex 10/10D Uplink ports, Can they be used as Access ports?

VC Flex 10/10D Uplink ports, Can they be used as Access ports?

The subject says it all. i would like to know if I can go 10GB direct from a server hardware port into one of those modules. All the docs say these are strictly uplink with auto trunking. But I am new to this device and am wondering......

 

F;ecifically, I have HP VC Flex-10/10D Module(s).
