VC Flex-10 Question on cable types.
Kamlesh had a VC cable interface question:
***************
We are installing a X9730 (Ibrix) which has a C7000 and on the VC Flex-10 the X1 Port is set to CX4 port we want to change this to X1 on the SFP+. Question is how do we change it?? I have press the arrow as shown with the red circle in the picture below without any joy.
Any help would be appreciated.

Reply from Denis:
***************
The X1 port will move to the SFP during the install process, it just defaults to the CX4 when unconfigured.
***************
And from Dan:
**************
Just Plug in the SFP+ transceiver in the X1 slot and the CX4 will be superseded automatically.
X7 and X8 are the same. Put a Transceiver in one of those slots and the corresponding internal Cross Connect through the midplane will be automatically disabled.
**************
