VC with "Module not operational" status
We just added a VC to our Blade Chasis and will like to update the firmware. However using vcsu indicated that the modules are not operational, thus there is no possibility to update the firmware.
The modules are running. How then can I bring them up in order to be able to update the firmware?
The problem is I cannot even setup the VC, I get the error message "Active Virtual Connection Manager not at this IP address" and the UserName / Password fields are not active to type-in anything.
Thanks
I have been able to resolved the problem by moving the VC to bay 1 / 2 and was able to update the firmware.
