VCEM Install Error

Hey guys.. I am trying to install another instance of VCEM and I am getting the following error:

 

"Operation not supported. VCEM upgrade is supported only from same VCEM installation mode."

 

Any idea what this means? I am installing via a local service account with /admin swith (2008 R2 SP1)
