I' m buying HP c7000 with Virtual Connect Flex-10/10D Module and LOM HP Flex-10 10Gb 2P 530FLB FIO Adptr.

All Blade 460 G8 ... for VMware 5.1. the question is can I connect Virtual connect to cisco nexus only for network (without FCoE ) via SPF+ ? if I install HP FlexFabric 10Gb 2-port 534FLB Adapter with NO FCoE it

alike  work?

Yes, the 530 and 534 can both be used as only NIC Devices talking to a Flex-10/10D with a Nexus upstream.

Because both the 530 and 534 are both Broadcom devices you should even be able to use the same drivers in VMware.
