Virtual Connect Flex-10/10D Module vs Virtual Connect FlexFabric 10Gb/24-port Module

Hello,

currently we use "HP VC Flex-10 Enet Module" (455880-B21) in our C7000 Enclosure. Now we are going to renew our Infrastructure.
But I'm not entirely sure about the difference of Virtual Connect Flex-10/10D Module (638526-B21) versus Virtual Connect FlexFabric 10Gb/24-port Module (571956-B21) and what's the right successor to our Module?! 

Could someone please enlight me on this? ;-)

ps) I guess 455880-B21 is also compatible with BL460c Gen 9 Blades? Maybe we just replace the Blades and keep Enclosure + current VC? Any advantages with the new VCs?
