Virtual Connect, SNMP trap sending from uplink/downlink down/up condition?

Simo had some SNMP MIB questions:

Is VC capable of sending SNMP traps in such mentioned conditions described in subject field? The question is related to newer versions of VC and for both Ethernet and Fibre channel modules. I assume the VC mibs are included in SIM, but what would be the names?
