Query on MISC, Task and Request Reporting

Are there any out-of-box Portlets or Reports that can report back on the number of hours a user(s) charged to Task, Requests and MISC in the 1 Portlet/Report i.e. output would be something like -
User 1-MISC-Vacation-5 Hours
User 2-Task-Technical Document Creation-8 Hours
User 2-Task-Business Document Creation-8 Hours
User 3-Request-Service Request-2 Hours
