What are HP holidays?

We are considering moving our support from 24 X 7 to Extended business hours. That means 8 am to 9 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

I seem to recall that HP has holidays the week between Christmas and New Years. Anyone have a list of typical HP holidays?

Don't know off the top of my head - best to check with your HP Account Rep - he/she would be able to tell you what the holiday schedule for your region is...

Also - that may be negotiable as well...

I just received our updated contract and there was a page regarding 2005/2006 holidays for HP, they are as follows:

Martin Luther King Day 1/17
Presidents Day 2/21
Memorial Day 5/30
Independence Day 7/4
Labor Day 9/5
Thanksgiving Day 11/24
Day After Thanksgiving 11/25
Christmas 12/23
Floater 12/26

2006
New Years Day 1/2
