The conferences will provide a great opportunity for networking, learning, and innovation.
HPE will have a career fair booth next to the technology showcase area (Booth #8816), as well as three interview rooms. We look forward to discussing our openings for all experience levels including internships, graduate positions, as well as experienced and leadership roles. The types of positions open include Software Engineers, Pre-Sales Technical Consultants, Network Engineers, Product Managers, Test Engineers, and Project/Program Managers. Weโd like to congratulate Janice Zdankus, VP Knowledge Management, who is on the AnitaB.org Partner Panel speaking on Wednesday, September 26 for two sessions on the Internet of Things (IoT) Business, Social and Career Impact. Janice was also recently recognized as a top 50 Women in Technology by the National Diversity Council!
In addition to Janice, HPE is holding a technical workshop on Thursday, September 27 at GHC, โLetโs Build the Cloud. One Compute at a Time!โ Two of our women technologists will be leading the workshop.
Radhika Saksena from our Hybrid IT organization who has 10 years of experience primarily in areas of Product planning and management, Marketing, Program Management and Account Management supporting the strategic directives organization towards driving revenue expansion, program execution and relationship management.
In addition to her primary role, she has consistently taken charge of leading end to end planning & management of corporate events and product launches.
Niharika Mateti is a Technical Lead working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for the last 8 years developing Infrastructure Management Software solutions. She is part of the Software Defined & Cloud Group (SDCG) business unit focused on the next generation of software-enabled Hybrid IT solutions. She is responsible for multiple software products and has extensive experience in software development from conceptualization to delivery.
Prior to HPE, she worked as a software consultant for various industries. She began her career in 2003 working for tech startups building healthcare software products. She holds a Masterโs degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Osmania University.

Susan Graye is the Global Inclusion, Diversity and Veterans' Program Talent Attraction Lead for the HPE. She is passionate about her role in building partnerships, sharing stories and implementing programs to drive success in building a best in class culture for employees filled with diversity of thought and opportunity.
In her free time, Susan is the mother of three sons, an avid sports fan, loves to travel and exercise. She is a huge fan of the Cy-Fair Bobcats her son Joeyโs football team as well as the Michigan State Spartans and Astros, Rockets and Texans. This past year, she got to go to the NCAA March Madness finals in Houston and the year before brought in the New Year cheering for her Spartans at the Cotton Bowl. She toasted in 2017 in the streets of Madrid finishing up a great tour of Europe.
Originally from Michigan, Susan loves going home to visit especially in the fall when she can go to a college football game, visiting a cider mill and/or apple orchard and enjoy the crisp weather and beautiful foliage.
