Agent Installation(CAE 7.9) issue

Hi, i have tried to deploy agent thru cae console, getting error connection timeout,exit code0,1, tried in xp os and win 2k server os also. checked prerequisite.

dear vijay,

Verify that the login credentials used during the agent deployment wizard are correct and the userID has administrative privileges on the device. Blank passwords are not permitted. For Windows XP devices, verify that Simple File Sharing is not enabled.

But i have tried with proper and did the changeswhat u told the simple file sharing also done. but the issue is same

dear vijay,

please check the following:
1- are u able to ping the core server with its FQDN : ping core_server_name.
2- are u able to access the admin share of the client from the core server:
\\client_ip_add\C$
