CAS 7.2 application restore

We have taken the CAS 7.2 backup with CCMbackup.cmd and MSSQL 2000 DB backup

and we have reinstalled the OS and upgraded the HW

then installed the same version of CAS and when restoring with CCMrestore.cmd we are getting the following error

Re: CAS 7.2 application restore

The most likely cause is a corrupt jobs.ckpt file in the Novadigm/ManagementPortal/etc folder. In the backup folder, you can try copying one of the jobs backup files over the jobs.ckpt file to see if that is a non-corrupt version. Otherwise you will need to contact support.
