CCM can't retrieve HW/SW inventory

HI all,
I'm Budi from Stolt Nielsen Singapore.
I've installed HP CCM Basic license for exploration process in our company.
I have some condition regarding how to use the application.

Condition 1 :
I have imported a PC device (HP DC7800)using , but when I tried to deploy the management agent to the PC from CCM server console, it's failed, although I have open the needed ports.
Can you help me to find the cause?
Then after that, I install the agent manually on the PC. When the Application Self Service manager was started, it's connecting to the CCM server and adding a new device with name .
After that, I tried to create hw/sw inventory job from the CCM server for , but it was failed again.

May I ask your advice about what's going on with this? Why I can't pull the inventory information from server, but I can get the information if it's pushed from application self service manager from the client?

Condition 2 : (Thin client - HP t5000)
I got the same problem when I imported a Thin client device. I can't deploy the management agent, although I've already open the needed port on Sygate.

So for that, I just install the agent manually on the client side.
When I created a job for hw/sw inventory, it was also failed.

Can you help me with this? is there something I missed in importing the device?

Condition 1 - There are many potential causes as CCM uses IPC/RPC to install the agent.
As for inventory collection - Make sure the inventory Service is entitled and that the agent received it.
Logs live under the root installation directory.
Condition 2 - CCM does not support ThinClients.

Your images are not accessible either.

can you explain more about inventory service? how to be sure that the inventory service is entitled?

Btw, is it true that CCM does not support Thin Client? I thought it supports, because the agent installation file is included... Is it because of the Basic License key?

CCM Standard/Premium both support thin clients (Covered in the manual which model/os of thin clients we support.

do you have the client connect.log for the deployment?
