Does the Radia Agent creates duplicate devices when it exists in an OS image ?

If I create an OS image (e.g. ghost image) with Radia Agent already installed in the image, is there a case of having duplicate devices in CCM when I use the same OS image on more than one PCs with different computer names? Will the hardware and software inventory reports be reliable ? Does the Radia Agent uses a unique ID ? If yes, how do I change the initial Radia Agent unique ID on the OS image, so it's not the same everytime I deploy the image on PCs?

I beleive that CCM uses the node name of the device as the UID for CCM activity.
Note the references to devices.
Not sure you can change it as CCM is pre-configured.

You prepare the images with sysprep based prepwiz that takes care of the ID. When you boot the system first time it will set the ID based on nic's mac address.

If I remeber correctly ID changes when you change the hostname (by the agent).
