Error During Login to HPCA 7.50

Error During Login to HPCA 7.50

I am receiving "Unable to communicate with the authentication portal, please contact your system administrator" when trying to connect to the HPCA 7.50 logon screen. It appears that the directory source field is blank.

A restart of the services resolved the problem.

Hi!
This also happens to me, but when I try to restart the services, the "HPCA Portal" cannot be started.
Any idea how to fix this problem?

You might try restarting all the services related to HPCA.

Hi All

to fix this please complete the following, it worked perfectlty for me

1) go to C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\HPCA\ManagementPortal\etc
2) delete jobs.ckpt* or move them to another c:\temp
3) restart the services again

I have the same problem and cant fix it with de Aswerd below. I Need to Know Why this happend.

Same here, the solution proposed here didn't solve it at my side. Different case I guess, what could be the problem?
