Import LDAP/Active Directory doesn't work

I have installed OpenView Client
Configuration Manager on win 2003 server.
When i try "Import Device Wizard" using LDAP/Active Directory doesn't work if ou is "My Departament". (ou=My Departament,dc=domain,dc=com)
If i rename the ou like "MyDepartament" it is working(ou=MyDepartament,dc=domain,dc=com).

What it is wrong ?

Re: Import LDAP/Active Directory doesn't work

Hi,

Plz try using OU="My Departament" as quotes are must when seperated by spaces for policy resolution.

Re: Import LDAP/Active Directory doesn't work

I've also tried surrounding my OU in quotes and it doesn't work as well, is there something wrong with this?

OU="My Desktops",DC=FOOBAR,DC=AD

This is exactly what I type in the text field for the BaseDN when running the Device Import Wizard.

Re: Import LDAP/Active Directory doesn't work

Surround your BaseDN with { } to get this to work...
so for

ou=My Departament,dc=domain,dc=com

You'd enter

{ou=My Departament,dc=domain,dc=com}
//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
