Issue Upgrade CCM to CAS 7,5

Hi, we have a issue with the upgrade CCM 2,0 to CAS 7,5, in some machines the process we send from the console the agent and upgarde works fine, but some machines return the next message: "Failed to Install HPCA Management Agent - Reason: timeout waiting for rma to register"

We check the machine and flder HPCA is created, but no shows agent folder only management agent folder.

Any idea how we can to upgrade the client and agent to CAS 7,5??

On the agent (managementagent folder) check the rma.log file, it will show you the URL its attempting to register to. Verify the device can ping the hostname referenced in the URL.

Steve, thank you, but ping is ok to hostname server, the client no upgrade and no create the Agent folder on HPCA, then fail any job.

any idea, how is the way for made this upgrade for all machines?

Are the firewall ports open on both the agent and server per documentation? The client must be able to communicate back to the server on port 3466 (Unless you installed using a custom port)

thanks Steve, but we unistalled 7,5 and install 7,8 and then to install a new clients on the machines, we hope this works.

Did by any chance your hostname change after migration?

Is the agent able to ping the server by hostname (the same hostname set in the HPCA/ManagementPortal/etc/rmp.cfg - listeningaddress value?
