No action can be taken from CCM web interface

Hello everyone,

I have CCM with CCM_00001 and CCM_00002 patch installed on win2k3 sp2 system.

Everything was working fine until one day :

All CCM services are running. but all action from the CCM web interface are failing to execute. In the Event log the following event is being logged when apache-ccmcore service is being restarted.

Event ID: 3299
The system cannot find the file specified. : No installed ConfigArgs for the service "apache-ccmcore", using Apache defaults.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
If you can't solve it, post it :)

Re: No action can be taken from CCM web interface

This implies that one of the other CCM serivices is not or that appache has been corrupted.
Check the logs and review the config files.

Check the Management portal first.
Does the Management console work?

Re: No action can be taken from CCM web interface

CCM has more than one web interface? I mean if the management portal you are telling me about is the one and only CCM interface then the answer is no. the portal opens properly but All actions fails from there. It seems as if the requests are not really reaching the server for some reason...

Any help??

I have attached a screenshot where I tried to delete one of the devices I have.
