Problem acquiring patches in HPCA Standard 7.9

Hello, I am trying to use patch management but i cannot download patches, the error message is the following: Error Information: 20110906 10:18:53 HTTP error while downloading http://download.windowsupdate.com/microsoftupdate/v6/wsusscan/wsusscn2.cab: connect failed connection timed out 20110906 10:18:53 Network error for http://download.windowsupdate.com/microsoftupdate/v6/wsusscan/wsusscn2.cab attempt 1 limit 2 20110906 10:19:14 HTTP error while downloading http://download.windowsupdate.com/microsoftupdate/v6/wsusscan/wsusscn2.cab: connect failed connection timed out 20110906 10:19:14 Network error for http://download.windowsupdate.com/microsoftupdate/v6/wsusscan/wsusscn2.cab attempt 2 limit 2 20110906 10:19:14 Error downloading http://download.windowsupdate.com/microsoftupdate/v6/wsusscan/wsusscn2.cab as C:/Program Files (x86)/Hewlett-Packard/HPCA/Data/PatchManager/patch/msft/wsusscn2.cab 20110906 10:19:14 Unable to connect to microsoft feed Note: I have disabled Windows' Firewall and Antivirus.
