cannot contact server during capture process

Hi!

I ahve ran into some problems when trying to capture the image.

After capturing, the system reboots and starts the OS manager.

after a while the process halts with the erro message. server cannot be contacted.

IP is correct.

Would appreciate your help on this.

Hello again Per,

 

Need a bit more information to figure out what's going on. Specifically:

-What model machine are you capturing on?

-Network card present in the machine

-OS and service pack level being captured

-Please get logs off the machine, following the procedure in this document which corresponds to the Service OS you're using: http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM1210144 (an active HP maintenance agreement is required)

I can give teh following information in the meanwhile:

Need a bit more information to figure out what's going on. Specifically:

-What model machine are you capturing on? 8200 USDT

-Network card present in the machine yes, Intel 82579LM

-OS and service pack level being captured Win 7, SP1

-Please get logs off the machine, following the procedure in this document which corresponds to the Service OS you're using: http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM1210144 (an active HP maintenance agreement is required)

 

I am quite new to this, but I will get on the lgo capturing first thing.
