After upgrade to HP RM8.11.7760 some users have greyed out blank interface

Hi, once again, Win 7, hp rm 8.1.1.7760, sql 2012

 

After last week upgrade from hp trim 7.3.4.  some users have blank HP RM 8.1 screen, no icons on top, no toolbars a side, no frames etc ...

 

what could be the reason for this and how we can fix it.

I haven't come across that one before, could it be possible that the global settings have been accidentally set to what they are seeing?

What happens when the get global?
