Anyone else finding HP TRIM 7.3 slower to load add-ins for Office than previous 7.x releases?

Anyone else finding HP TRIM 7.3 slower to load add-ins for Office than previous 7.x releases?

Hi

We are testing HP TRIM 7.32 and have deployed to an initial UAT group. We have noted that the HP TRIM addins are taking longer to load at start up.

For example loading blank Word document with add-in enabled in TRIM 7.1 for us is about 4 secs

In HP TRIM 7.3 it takes 10 secs.

Disabling add-in opens word instantly.

Anyone else noticed this and is there any advice on how to improve it,

I've been finding it slow in general!

I have found the reason for slowness seems to be related to having TRIMAppdata pointing to H: drive.

Having TRIMAppdata on C drive makes it much faster loading TRIM and any TRIM integrated applications.

Still not sure why this is slower than it was with TRIM 7.1

If we dont use the H drive (personal network) for TRIMappdata what would be the impact to users?

Especially if we leave TopDrawerDataPath set to H.

Is this supported?

Thanks
