Content Indexing Error Message

Hi guys,

We are not getting "The HP Records Manager IDOL database instance 'HPRM_LP' could not be accessed from specified IDOL service (localhost)" error message at all and working fine.

But I would like to know what is causing this error as sometimes we will get the error when trying to do content indexing.

There can be a few causes, you will get that message when the content service cannot contact the content engines.

The logs from IDOL might have some further details

Using  TRIM Enterpise, change the IDOL Server Name with the correct Workgroup Server  Name where you are running IDOL instead of putting just  localhost. See attached screenshot.
