How to print a single page from the TRIM viewer

I have some users asking how they can print a single page when viewing a multi-page document in the TRIM viewer (version 6.2.5). The Print / Current Page option is grayed out. The only way that they can figure out which page number they are on seems to be when they left click and hold the mouse cursor over the slider in the vertical scroll bar. Am I missing something easy here?

Re: How to print a single page from the TRIM viewer

I first tried it with a PDF document and didn't have any problems.  Then I opened a Word doc in the viewer and I see exactly what you mean.  The only option I see is to use the selection for Pages x To x, which means the user will have to obtain the page numbers the way you state they currently do.

I would recommend submission of a support request to HP about this one.

Re: How to print a single page from the TRIM viewer

Keep in mind that the TRIM Viewer is a 3rd party product, and this may not be a quick fix. (Issue might need to be referred to the 3rd party viewer developer)

Get a support case logged and support will raise it with R&D in any case. :smileyhappy:
