Removing Document Queues

Every month I tidy up the document queues and remove those that belong to machines that are no longer in use.  I am unable to find out whether queues attached to Windows Folders are in use but know that I can remove them if the same machine also has Outlook Folders, which I can check. I have many queues with no machine attached. Can I safely remove them or could they be attached to some machine I don't know about, like a laptop for instance? I'm attaching an image of what I see when I look at my queues. It shows how some have a machine attached, and some don't.

Re: Removing Document Queues

IF there is a machine name listed, it only means that the doc queue can only be processed/accessed from that particular machine (computer).

IF there is NO machine name listed, it means that the doc queue can be processed/accessed from any computer running TRIM.
