TES and Dataset shows as Offline/enabled - Native error 229

HP TRIM 7.3.4. SQL 2008, Win7

When accessing the main server and TES there via Remote web , (actually even from my PC Machine where i have TES installed) , the status for the main dataset is : Offline/enabled . This is our production server and it is definitelly online, i am working in it at the moment

I can see WGS -   Around 60 WGS or so, but when click on the main dataset and event processing and chose "monitor" the error:

"select value from ...etc etc...

SQL state 42000

and the native error is 229..

what does this error mean?

Thanks

The account you are using to run TES does not have SQL access or DBO permissions on the TRIM DB.

If you run TES with the TRIM Service account from the same machines, you'll see it's online.
