Trim Client virtualised using App-V (Softgrid)

Hi

Has anyone any experience (Good or Bad) in using a Trim Client that has been virtualised using Microsoft's App-V (previously known as Softgrid) ???

Any limitations (desktop add-ins for Documents etc)

Regards

TRIM can work in an App-V bubble, but if you want to integrate with Office, you'll have to install Office in the same bubble (and not separate bubbles and not natively installed, otherwise the applications will never know about each other).

I've never seen Office in a bubble, so never seen the" all in 1 bubble concept" work, but that "should" be the only way to have the integration work.

Since the shell extension feature is removed in TRIM 7, you at least won't have to worry on having that integrate in Windows Explorer, because that'll never work when TRIM is in a bubble.

All other functionality in TRIM will work normally.
