HP ProLiant MicroServer now certified for Windows Server 2012 R2

The HP ProLiant MicroServer , an ideal first server solution for small and growing businesses, is now certified for Windows Server 2012 R2 (click here for details). 

 

The HP ProLiant MicroServer is a general purpose server that provides an infrastructure for either Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials (a unique cloud-enabled solution) or Windows Server 2012 R2 Foundation (providing a familiar Windows user interface).  The HP ProLiant MicroServer is a cost-effective starter server recommended for businesses with fewer than ten clients.   

 

When deploying Windows Server 2012 R2, Microsoft recommends the minimum hardware requirements:
