Are there any tools to help get a WL100 working?
I have a WL100 pc card that I am using with my Armada 6500. This combination works fine in my office environment. At home, I have installed a SMC 7004AWBR, a broadband router with wireless support. So far, I have not been able to get the WL100 to work with the router. When I insert the WL100, the green led lights up steadily for a few seconds. Then it begins flashing.
First question - does the flashing pattern signify anything in particular? It doesn't flash at a steady rate.
Second question - how do I debug the problem that is preventing the WL100 from connecting?
I know the card works, since I use it in my office. I have up to date firmware installed in the WL100. I have it set to infrastructure mode with a SSID that matches the router, and encryption is disabled. What else should I try?
