Compaq NC6000 WLAN

Hi,
I'm using the above NB with HP WLAN 802.11b/g W400 driver and using Atheros Client Utility. Can the built-in wireless driver support TKIP/AES?
I need to use WPA-PEAP. Although the NB got associated with the AP, the ACU kept reporting 'Authentication Failed'. How can I overcome this error?
