Guest Wireless access problems

Hello.  I am having a few problems with my guest acces on a wx4400 wireless switch. I have configured the ssid and user account on the switch correctly but I am having trouble sending the users to the authentication page.  The error I get is as follows.

 

Error sending file /usr/trpz/user_files/https://xwalsall.nhs.uk/aaa/wba_login.

 

Does anyone know how to get into the system folders so I can check/change the files at this location?
