WL100 and WL110 not talking in ad hoc mode

I bought a load of WL100's and have been using them in infra and ad hoc modes fine for the last 8 months.

However I can't get some new WL110's to talk to the WL100's in ad hoc (peer to peer) mode. I have tried setting the WEP string to something the WL110 likes (as in ASCII) and I have tried turning WEP off altogether.

The WL110 sofware generally seems a lot flaker that the WL100 - when you change a setting on the WL110 profile it completely locks up my machine for about 30 seconds so something is not right somewhere.

Both machines are Win200 by the way.

Anyone else solved this?
