100Base-FX transceiver in A5500
I have an A5500-24G-SFP EI switch. I'm trying to put a JD102B 100Base-FX transceiver in one of the 100/1000 SFP ports but am having no luck. The switch recognizes the device. When inserted, I see the message from the console that it is now present. However the laser does not switch on. I verified that the port is not shutdown and I tried "speed 100". No joy. Is there a step I don't know about to use a 100 mb module with these gig switches?

Re: 100Base-FX transceiver in A5500
Yes, I enabled all ports.
I should have also mentioned that I have tried several different modules in several different ports with the same result. I have also put gigabit modules in the same ports and they come right up.
